Terms of Use

You agree to allow FindULocal to act as an agent on your behalf when submitting your business information to the local search providers.

FindULocal agrees to submit your business information to the defined local service providers within two (2) business days of payment. This agreement does not cover reasons beyond the control of FindULocal including, but not limited to, Internet connectivity issues and the accessibility of local search provider systems.

FindULocal does not guarantee or warranty that FindULocal provided submissions will be accepted by the local search providers for inclusion in their index or what timeframe is required for listing.

FindULocal does not guarantee or warrant how FindULocal provided submissions would be displayed or ranked by the local search providers.

You acknowledge that providing incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise incorrect information about your business and/or its location may result in your listing being rejected by the local search engines. No refund is offered for rejected listings, but you do have the opportunity to correct the information in your listing and to have the information resubmitted.

FindULocal provides local search registration and submission services and associated reporting/monitoring via an account management area. To fulfill the defined Services, FindULocal must share submitted business information with the defined local search providers (see below). By purchasing FindULocal Services, you are bound to the following terms of service, as well as the terms of service of the defined local search providers. FindULocal reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting of the updated terms to the website.

FindULocal will not share your information with any business other than those defined below as local search providers or under certain legal conditions.

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. In addition, you agree not to submit content to the Service that is unlawful, hateful, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable. In cases where content is submitted that FindULocal, at its sole discretion, deems to be objectionable, FindULocal retains the right to alter or remove the content before submission to the local search providers.

Businesses that provide adult products or services are not accepted into the program.

FindULocal shall not be considered responsible for acts beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God, power outages, earthquakes, or other disasters.

You agree to indemnify and hold FindULocal and its other affiliated companies, and their officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FindULocal and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (no matter how they arose, including negligence), or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the Services provided hereunder. Further, FindULocal and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees will not have any liability for any losses arising because the FindULocal Services are not operational or accessible. This section does not limit liability for bodily injury of a person. Because some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

FindULocal retains the right to alter (add or remove) local search providers included in this agreement at any time. You grant FindULocal the right to store and alter the provided content prior to submission to the local search providers.

If any parts of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
